Employee of the Month – April

From day one, EE has displayed their willingness to go above and beyond. EE is dependable, never late, always early. With a smile on their face, EE takes on every task given to them and finishes their tasks on a timely basis. Knowledgeable of the products and can work with clients to solve their merchandise issues, as well as the ability to upsell or add on to the sale. EE has reorganized, cleaned the warehouse. All items are in the correct order of the Weekly Inventory list, which is now easy to take the weekly inventory. EE is more than willing to learn new skills. They sat in as a CSR for a few minutes and serviced two customers. No one asked them to do this. They picked up by watching the CSRs while in the office. EE has fixed our leaky toilet, air compressor, leaky hydraulic line on the old Cat loader. Again, explains what needs to be done and then gives us the parts they needs to solve the issue. Saving Garfield hundreds of dollars in service calls. EE is also an excellent loader. Quick and efficient, buckets are level. These are the reasons I am proud to nominate.
