EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
As the season starts to ramp up, we are looking to fill our season positions.
Who May be Referred?
Candidates are eligible for employee referral provided that they:
Are not currently employed by any Kurtz Company in any capacity, including temporary
Have not been referred previously by someone else
Have not previously applied for a position or been a former employee with a Kurtz Company
Candidates must demonstrate that they have the qualifications required for the position and possess a satisfactory employment record. Human Resources will make the final determination regarding job eligibility after the application for employment and/or resume have been received.
How Do I Refer Someone?
Complete the Employee Referral Form, attach the referred applicant’s application for employment and/or resume AND ensure they list your name on their APS application.
Complete a separate form for each applicant that you are referring and attach each applicant’s documents in order to be considered.
The applicant may also indicate that you referred them on their application for employment. When asked “How did you hear about this position?” on the application, the individual should indicate “Employee Referral” and enter your name in the blank field.
You should only refer an individual once.
Referral forms will not be accepted after an individual has been extended an offer.
After you have completed this form, please send it to the Office of Human Resources via email, jobs@kurtz-bros.com. Prospective applicants may only be referred one time.
Who Can Participate
All Employees, except NOH leadership team and any manager/supervisor that would be involved in the hiring process
$500 Bonus Payment
Once a successful hire is made, the bonus will be paid in two parts:
$250 thirty days after the employee starts
$250 after six months of employment (or completion of the season if seasonal/PT)
