Congratulations to our January Employee of the Month: Holly Zelenskas
I would like to nominate this EE for Employee of the Month in recognition of her outstanding dedication and tireless efforts throughout this winter season. During an extremely challenging salt shortage, she worked nights, weekends, and around the clock to manage salt sales and inventory—doing everything possible to keep our stores supplied and our customers served. Her commitment and persistence played a critical role in supporting operations during peak demand. At the same time, she successfully maintained spring preparations, including purchase orders, pricing, and onboarding new product lines. She also went above and beyond by assisting the marketing team with organizing product information to ensure accuracy and consistency. Her ability to balance intense winter demands while keeping the business moving forward demonstrates exceptional work ethic, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. She is truly deserving of this recognition.
