Congratulations to our January Employee of the Month: Jon Kuss!
EE has been with the company for just 2 short years, yet their impact is impressive. Not only has the transformation at their location been short of amazing, (even receiving the Store Appearance award) they have also shown interest in transitioning to a training capacity. They did 3 voiceovers on our current training slides and did a phenomenal job! They executed cross training in their store, resulting in the Labor to % of sales in 2023 of 8.43%. They are always willing to help other departments. This EE is very deserving of being recognized.
