Congratulations to our April Employee of the Month: Kip Hornish
I would like to nominate this team member for Employee of the Month in recognition of the incredible impact they make every single day—often quietly, behind the scenes. While their work may not always be visible on the front lines, it is absolutely felt throughout our entire organization. They are the steady hand that keeps our systems running, the problem-solver who jumps in when technology challenges arise, and the reason so many of us can do our jobs without interruption. When something works seamlessly, it’s often because they made it that way. This fall and winter placed an extraordinary amount on their plate. From getting two new buildings fully set up and operational, to supporting the development and rollout of our new website platform, they have been instrumental in keeping major initiatives moving forward. On top of that, they’ve implemented critical system changes designed to create efficiencies at the store level and enhance our customers’ experience—improvements that will have a lasting impact on our business. They don’t look for recognition—but they absolutely deserve it.
