Congratulations to our May Employee of the Month: Faith Paulchell
This employee is the definition of someone who works diligently behind the scenes to help keep our company running smoothly every single day. From administrative support, accounts receivable, and accounting responsibilities to helping customers with their accounts, processing payments, supporting our stores, and troubleshooting system information, she consistently wears many hats and handles each responsibility with professionalism and care. She has been with the company for many years, and while she may often work quietly in the background, the impact of her work speaks volumes. So much of our day-to-day success depends on the consistency, accuracy, and dedication she brings to her role. Without her, many of our jobs would be significantly more difficult, and our daily operations would not run nearly as smoothly as they do. Most recently, she took the lead on rolling out our new expense software system. Not only did she dedicate countless hours to implementing and organizing the process, but she has continued to make herself available to help everyone navigate the new platform, despite already having a full workload. The efficiency and convenience this new system has brought to our company could easily be taken for granted, but the hard work, time, patience, and effort she invested into making it successful deserves to be recognized. Her dedication, reliability, and willingness to support others make her an invaluable part of our team and more than deserving of this Employee of the Month nomination.
