I am honored to nominate an outstanding team member who once again demonstrated exceptional dedication by organizing an impactful Wellness Month program for the entire Kurtz family of businesses. This task alone is no small feat, requiring coordination, creativity, and attention to detail to engage and benefit all employees. On top of orchestrating Wellness Month, this individual also tackled the complex task of migrating all previous wellness information from our old website to a new one, managing this transition seamlessly under tight deadlines. Additionally, they took the initiative to create entirely new open enrollment webpages. Despite being unfamiliar with the new software initially, they quickly mastered it, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved. Their hard work and commitment have greatly contributed to our team’s success and exemplify the values we strive for at Kurtz Bros.
