Human Resources Update – October 2026

🩺Open Enrollment is November 2 – 13!

Open Enrollment is the one time during the year that you can make changes to your benefits, unless you experience a qualifying life event such as marriage or the birth or a child.  During Open Enrollment, you can enroll in coverage, change plans, add or drop dependents, or drop coverage.

We are making several carrier changes, including to our medical network and our voluntary plans. Please take the time to review your options, the open enrollment information sent out, and complete your enrollments in ADP by November 13 to ensure you get your new medical cards for January 1!

Benefit eligible employees will need to make active elections in ADP for the 2027 plan year.  All elections and/or changes become effective January 1, 2027 and remain the same through December 31, 2027.

🩺New benefits for seasonal employees will be available in 2027!

We are excited to announce River Health for non-benefit eligible employees.  This is not a traditional insurance plan.  River Health covers routine primary care, urgent care visits, virtual care, preventive screenings, labs, and basic mental health services, all with a simple monthly fee that can be payroll deducted.

🧡 A Season of Gratitude – Happy Thanksgiving!

As Thanksgiving approaches, we want to take a moment to express our appreciation for each and every one of you.

We know that our success is built on the hard work, dedication, and teamwork of our employees across all our locations. Whether you’re working behind the scenes, serving our customers, or supporting your fellow teammates, the contributions you make every day do not go unnoticed.

Thank you for everything you do! We hope you enjoy the holiday with family, friends, and loved ones, and find time to relax, recharge, and reflect on all there is to be thankful for.

Wishing you and your families a safe, happy, and wonderful Thanksgiving!
